The Lodge

The Spa Cottage

The Studio

The Studio is our luxurious haven on the hill, overlooking Adventure Bay. The Studio feels like a private, sophisticated hunting lodge, and features a deluxe king-sized bed, opulent freestanding copper bath, and stunning views over the property.
The Lair
A contemporary island sanctuary.

The Lair offers contemporary, stylish accommodation for adult families or groups. Directions
Follow the signs to Kettering (approximately 45 minutes south of Hobart) where you board the vehicle ferry, and enjoy a 20 minute
ferry ride.
Once you leave the ferry, stay on the main road until you come to the Adventure Bay
turn off to the left (approximately 30 minutes by car).
Turn left to Adventure Bay (approximately
10km). Pass the general store on the right,
continue on over the bridge, past
the small Bligh Museum on the right. Hayes road is a gravel Road, not well
sign posted, just past the Bligh Museum to the right. Travel to the end of Hayes Road, to a stone gate post, enter gravel driveway to Adventure Bay Retreat.
The Lodge is to the right and the Spa Cottage to the left.
The Studio is straight ahead and the Lair on the hill, overlooking the bay.
Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount: valid credit card detail is required at the time of booking. Full balance is due a month prior to your arrival. Credit Card Fees apply - 2.4% Visa/MasterCard. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 31+ days prior to arrival - full refund of deposit (minus credit card fee - if applicable). 30 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of booking value. OTHER TERMS: Any gathering celebration or entertainment is not permitted without written consent from the managers of Adventure Bay Retreat. We do not allow tents campers or motor homes on the property. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
