Located just under the summit of Arthurs Seat on the Mornington Peninsula, our property is within the Arthurs Seat Forest. Frequent visitors include kangaroos and echidnas. Native birdlife such as owls and nightjars can also be seen. The panoramic views of Port Philip Bay are impressive by day, stunning by night.”
Arthurs Seat is a popular recreational destination. The surrounds are ideal for cycling or walking. There are many walks to many different lookouts including the steep granite hill which is the Peninsula’s highest viewpoint”, just a short drive to Peninsula Hot Springs and all within minutes of more than 50 cellar doors.
As we are a “couples only retreat”, children cannot be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy: Tariffs refunded (Less cancellation fee $50) allowed providing 30 days notice given in advance of checkin date. In other cases no refund but transfer to another date will be considered (less cancellation fee $50) providing original booking date is fully relet on same terms. For further protection we recommend travel insurance be taken out.
