Low Season - The guest can cancel with $55 cancellation fee until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
Holiday Season & Peak Season - The guest can cancel with $200 cancellation fee until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
