The 2 bedroom apartment has been completely renovated and includes air conditioning/heating, large flat screen TV, DVD player, full kitchen, Washing Machine and Laundry tub, large bathroom, and nice outdoor deck. The complex is gated and secure and includes pool, BBQ area, childrens playground and undercover parking.
With plenty to do either within the complex or a short walk or drive from your door this is a great spot to base yourself while holidaying in Coffs Harbour.

Schoolies - This property strictly DOES NOT accept schoolies or school leaver bookings. If you are found to have booked for part of a schoolies or end of school celebration you will be evicted immediatly without refund. Please do not book this property if you fall into this category. There is a washing machine but no dryer in the unit.
