Cancellation Policy
GENERAL: All River, Rail and Station tour and dinners are subject to availability and minimum numbers. Pick up times for River experiences may vary due to operating in different seasons and sunset times. Please advise us well in advance if you have any dietary requirements, accessibility or special needs.
PRICING: All prices are quoted in Australian currency and include GST.
YOUNG TRAVELLERS: Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Where a child is quoted children aged 4 to 14 years inclusive are permitted to travel/enter. Infants and children under 4 years travel/ enter free of charge. No meals are included for free of charge infants and children. Names are still required for paid and free of charge passengers.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION: The following information is required for all guests on all bookings. Full names; Special requirements (eg. Mobility); Dietary requirements (if meals are included please state allergy, intolerance or preference); Pickup/Drop-off information as required. Booking confirmations will be emailed within 7 days of receipt of your booking request, subject to availability.
CANCELLATION: The following cancellation conditions apply to the customer: - 48 hours and over - no penalty - Under 48 hours 100% of tour price. Where a tour is cancelled by Outback Aussie Tours prior to the departure date, Outback Aussie Tours will use all reasonable endeavours to offer the nearest possible alternative tour (subject to refund or payment to cover any tour price difference) or, if this is not acceptable, refund the tour price.
PAYMENTS: Full payment is required at time of booking unless arranged otherwise. Payments are accepted via Credit Card over the phone, or may be directed into the nominated bank account of Outback Aussie Tours and payment receipt emailed to finance@oat.net.au. Alternate payment arrangements may be made subject to agreement in writing with Outback Aussie Tours.
