Cancellation Policy
Premier Travel Tasmania tours require pre-payment for all bookings. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total tour cost is payable at the time of booking. Full payment must be received 6 weeks before tour commencement.
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa MasterCard AMEX) direct bank deposit or Swift Transfer. Please note payments by credit card may attract processing fees.
For tour booking cancellations please refer to the policy below:
CANCELLATION FEES:
before 46 days before departure – 10% of touring cost is non-refundable
within 45 days of departure or No Show – 100% of tour rate – no refund applicable
Please note: depending on what services are booked other booking and cancellation policies may be applicable. This will be outlined by our reservations team.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance if unforeseen circumstances may prohibit you from travelling.
COVID-19
Policy: If COVID-19 is still present Premier Travel Tasmania keeps the right to cancel tours latest 30 days before the actual tour start is due.
The same right is at the clients and cancellations can be done up to 30 days before the tour start FOC. Client cancellations between 29 days before the tour start are being treated under the standard terms as per our agreements.
Premier Travel Tasmania has Covid-19 plans and measurements in place and your clients can be assured to travel in a safe and healthy environment.
