PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 50% of total booking value. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit card fee of 2.8% applies. Credit card pre-authorisation may be required as a security bond. CANCELLATION TERMS: This operator has a strict no refunds policy. Booking fees and processing fees are non-refundable. If the cancelled property is able to be re-booked for the same dates a credit voucher for the total deposit paid less a minimum $75 administration fee will be issued. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
