Where possible we will pick you up from the location you like, home, office, restaurant any accommodation & we will endevour to pick you up the time you like.
Wild Ride Australia is a chauffeured touring company meaning you get on the back of our bikes, trikes as your rider (guide) takes you on a tour with a difference.
Tours in the Hunter Valley we only use trikes as you have boot space for any wines, cheeses or olives you may buy.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Refunds
At Wild Ride we understand things come up and bookings need to be changed or cancelled. Please find below our cancellation policy on motorcycle rides only.
In the event of changes or cancellations for any of our package deals we are governed by the conditions of the operators of the other part of our packages.
Wild Ride Australia handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation. All refunds are made at the discretion of Wild Ride Australia.
Should you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please contact Wild Ride Australia within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange, as appropriate and depending on availability, a goods exchange, credit or refund. We may require return to us of the goods with proof of purchase before actioning an exchange, credit or refund request. We will be pleased to consider exchange, credit or refund for other reasons, but the decision whether to grant this will be at our discretion.
Any refund will be made using your original payment method or another method at our discretion.
Please note these charges and fees do not apply in the event a ride needs to be canceled or rescheduled due to rain.
Rides for 1 - 5 passengers
Can be re-booked for another time or date as long as we have at least 48 hours notice. If you are unsure of a time you want to re-book for we will issue you with a voucher that is valid for 12 months for the tour.There is no charge for this.
Bookings that need to be rescheduled within 48 hours of pick up will incur a flat rate $20 re-booking fee.
Bookings that need to be rescheduled with 2 hours or less until pick up will incur a re-booking fee of 50% of the value of their booking.
Bookings that are cancelled before 48 hours & need to be refunded will incur a 10% charge of your total booking cancellation fee.
Rides for 6 or more passengers
Bookings that need to be rescheduled by date or time within 7 days of pick up will incur a flat rate re-booking fee of $220.
Numbers can be decreased within 7 days of the ride but there will be no refund of monies.
Numbers can only be increased within 7 days by prior arrangement.
Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of pick up.
Bookings that are cancelled within 72 hours of pick up will forfeit all monies paid.
Bookings that are cancelled before 72 hours & need to be refunded will incur a 10% charge of your total booking cancellation fee.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
