Payment Terms

• Deposit: 1 night accommodation
• Balance: 60 days prior to arrival
• CC Fees: Stays prior to April 2017 - 2.5% all cards. Stays April 2017 onwards - 1.6% Visa/Mastercard 3.4% Amex

Cancellation Terms

• 0 to 30 days before arrival - No refund
• 31 to 60 days before arrival - 50% refund
• 61 or more days before arrival - Full refund

• Additional conditions apply to groups of 4 suites or more.
