Cancellation Policy
With effect 01 November 2022.
Cancellations made over 60 days prior to the arrival date incur an 80% cancellation fee. While Cancellations made within 60 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee.
We highly encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Although every effort is made to allocate your selected room management reserves the right to allocate rooms according to demand.
We encourage all travelers to take out travel insurance and to ensure they consult the PDS and the provider conditions in relation to travel.
