You’ll be swept away by the experience this secluded holiday home offers, perfect for couples, 1 or 2 families, friends and their pets to escape the daily grind and enjoy country living with coastal beaches, tourist villages and the majestic Gippsland Lakes all in close proximity.
Country House Retreat offers up to four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. Unique features include large entertainment deck with wood fire pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining, overlooking a peaceful dam and rolling farm pastures. An outdoor heated spa provides year round relaxation and fun for young and old.
The modern kitchen is stocked to feel like a home away from home with cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus Delonghi kitchen gadgets and Nespresso coffee pod machine. Arrival kitchen and bathroom provisions are supplied to get your stay off to a great start.
In the cooler months enjoy a cosy log fire (wood supplied) or simply switch on the split system for instant warmth and comfort. Stretch out on the plush leather sofa for some screen time in front of the 55 inch HD TV, or plug your favourite tunes into the portable speaker and dance like no-one’s watching (no one will be, aside from a curious cow or two).
Pets that are clean and flea free are permitted indoors on non-carpeted areas. If your furry friend prefers the great outdoors, the house yard is securely fenced allowing both children and pets to roam freely and safely around the large lawn area.

Directions
After traveling through Bairnsdale, follow the Princes Highway east towards Lakes Entrance for approximately 24 km. Turn right off the Princes Highway onto Nungurner Road (around 6 km after Swan Reach). Travel 2.4 km along Nungurner Road and the property is on your right hand side.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENT:
A credit card is required to confirm your reservation. On completion of the reservation a deposit equal to 50% of the booking value will be charged to your credit card. These payments are processed within 24 hours when you book online (ie, not automatically at time of booking).
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex. No surcharge applies for credit card transactions.
The remaining balance is due on arrival day and will be processed on the credit card provided at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged. Payments can also be made via direct deposit.
All rates shown are per night, and inclusive of GST.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
As a very small business, late cancellations can result in empty accommodation which has a signficant impact on our business. Based on the likelihood of us being able to re-book the accommodation, free cancellation is available up to 28 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations notified more than 28 days prior to arrival date will be entitled to a 100% refund of money paid.
Cancellations notified more than 14 days prior to arrival date will be entitled to a 50% refund of money paid.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full amount paid.
