Full of references to the regions rail and mining history, the park includes 75-drive through powered sites and 35 airconditioned cabins, each nestled below a generous canopy of hinterland forest.
Popular as a base for exploring the region, those looking for an extra bit of comfort can choose from a range of airconditioned ensuite cabins and units with linen supplied.
Tent and Vans sites are spacious, and close to the amenities block and camp kitchen.
Other facilities inside the park include accessible accommodation and amenities, a relaxing saltwater pool, a general store and pet-minding service. There is also a laundry with dryer and clothesline, a campfire where social events take place, an outdoor dining area, a mini-golf course and Wi-Fi for all guests.

"Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded less one nights accommodation.
Where bookings are cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival an amount equaling 25% of the total accommodation quoted above will be retained (or one nights accommodation whichever is greater).
Bookings can be moved, however prices may change depending on the new booking period and amendment fees may apply. "
