Whyalla, the largest city in the Upper Spencer Gulf region of South Australia, is located some 396 kms from Adelaide. To explore this region, base yourself at our waterfront cabin and caravan park.
Originally established as a port to ship iron ore extracted from the nearby Middleback Ranges, Whyalla has become the central business hub of the region.
As such, Whyalla has all the amenities you would expect from a city this size... fantastic shopping, restaurants and cafes. And outside the city boundaries, the region boasts spectacular outback landscapes, scenic views and a vast coastline with some of the best fishing in South Australia.
Situated on the shore of the magnificent Spencer Gulf, Discovery Holiday Parks - Whyalla Foreshore offers the most discerning traveller a great base to get out and experience the rich and vibrant heritage of this region. And with 300 plus days of sunshine a year, it would be hard not to!

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded less one nights accommodation.
Where bookings are cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival an amount equaling 25% of the total accommodation quoted above will be retained (or one nights accommodation whichever is greater).
Bookings can be moved, however prices may change depending on the new booking period and amendment fees may apply.
