Our Cancellation fees are as follows:

Unrestricted rates: We strictly enforce a 72 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your booking you will need to do this 72 hours prior to arrival either via email or via phone call directly with the property. Should you cancel inside of 72 hours or fail to arrive your credit card will be charged the 1st nights accommodation.

Hot Deal Bookings (Stay 2 Save 10% Stay 3 Save 15% Advance Saver Activity Package Locals Rates Stay 3 Pay 2 Outer Reef Adventure Standby Rates): Any booking that offers a discount off the nightly rate or is a package will be non-refundable with no changes permitted once booked. Payment including surcharge will be taken within 24 hours of booking.

Day Trips: We enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy for day trips. A full refund will be issued if you cancel outside of 24 hours. Cancellation inside of 24 hours of arrival or in the event you do not travel no refund will be issued. Payment will be taken within 24 hours of booking.

Christmas & New Year: All bookings made over the Christmas & New Year (21st December to 7th January) period are non-refundable with no changes permitted. Payment including surcharge will be taken within 24 hours of booking.
