Directions
To find Freycinet Resort, take the C302 Coles Bay Road turning off the A3 Tasman Highway, (signposted Coles Bay and Freycinet National Park). After 18km take a left turning onto a gravel road, signposted “Freycinet Resort”. Proceed along this gravel road for approximately 2km, ignoring a driveway to the left, until you pass through a gate. Shortly after you arrive in the property, you will come to a fork in the road. Please turn right and follow the signs through the property to our reception.
Cancellation Policy
To confirm your booking we ask for payment in full at the time of booking if you cancel your booking the following charges will apply in relation to each room you have booked:
1. Up to 31 days prior to your scheduled check-in time: No cancellation fee will be applied and any deposit you have paid for your booking will be returned;
2. Within 30 days (including 30 days) of your scheduled check-in time: a 100% cancellation fee will apply;
3. If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have checked in you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Freycinet Resort reserves the right to cancel a booking for whatever reason. Should this occur then the deposit and/or booking fee will be fully refunded but no responsibility will ensue to FR for any consequential loss to the client as a result of that cancellation. FR cannot be held responsible for damages or compensation for cancellation or curtailment in circumstances which amount to a force majeure. If you believe that there is a possibility that you might cancel or curtail for whatever reason then you should arrange your own cancellation insurance.
