Cancellation Policy
If 14 days or more notice is given your deposit will be refunded.
If less than 14 days notice is given your deposit is forfeited unless the apartment is rebooked in full if it is rebooked a full deposit will be refunded.
30 days notice to be given for peak periods such as Christmas New Year January March April long weekends and special events. Any days cancelled must be rebooked in full we make every effort to rebook cancellations.
Non arrival full amount is due and payable.
No refunds will be given for any cancellation after check in.
