Holiday Lifestyle Henty Bay also has a onsite licensed café serving delicious takeaway food and coffee each Monday, Friday and Saturday nights.

Holiday Lifestyle Henty Bay attracts groups, families and individuals alike with spectacular beachfront location and magical setting. Our superb relaxed beach atmosphere, friendly yet attentive service and hospitality, keep guests returning year after year.
Repeat guests and word of mouth is a major part of our business and the key to our success when meeting occupancy targets and ensuring we are fully booked throughout many times through the year.
Guests love our location as we are away from town, just a short picturesque drive along the coast to stay beachside on our quiet and relatively private beach.
Groups also are drawn to Henty Bay with easy access to many attractions and points of interest including the famous TRELOARS Roses, Great South West Walk passes along our beach and in whale season many whales are spotted from our park.
Portland is home to Australia's only mainland Colony of Gannets, Petrified Forest and so many more natural wonders, highlights and activities appealing to a wide variety interests and demographic.
Portland is still relatively untouched and certainly has an appeal for people to stay longer. Our average length of stay is 4 nights and we work closely with Group & School organisations, local Tourism Industry, Visit Victoria and The Great Ocean Road Association, various media platforms, promotions and initiatives each year to ensure our success.

Cancellation Policy
All Christmas Easter and public holiday periods including long weekends (in Victoria) such Melbourne Cup plus all Victorian School Holidays require 3 days notice for cancellation of bookings over these times.
In extenuating circumstances you may apply for a refund writing via email (hentybay@holidaylifestyle.com.au)
Otherwise all cancelled bookings will be put into a credit to be redeemed within the next 2 year period.
All cancellations will be also put into a credit to be used at a later date.
Deposited bookings can be transferred as credit to be used for a future booking
