• Balance: due 21 prior to arrival
• Deposit is separate to booking total & will become a refundable security bond upon check-in

Cancellation Terms

• 0 to 42 days before arrival - Full balance due unless property is rebooked for same dates
• 43 or more days before arrival - Deposit non-refundable
