Welcome Aboard!
Departing from 180 Gympie Terrace Noosaville (Pelican Boat Hire).
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled departure and allow plenty of time to park your car.
Please wait at the wooden seating area at the end of the jetty for Azure’s arrival before proceeding down the ramp.
Azure has a well-appointed marine toilet on board for your convenience. We do suggest however using a shore-based toilet before boarding. You can find a toilet behind the yellow door on the river side of the Pelican Boat Hire building.
Footwear: Please no heeled shoes.

Cancellation Policy
No Cancellation fee will be incurred up until 48 hours before the booking. Cancellation within the 48hours before the booking will incur loss of booking fee.
Rescheduling within 48 hours prior to the tour departure is left to the discretion of the owner.
Weather:
Safety is foremost aboard Azure. In the instance of severe weather Kingfisher Safari Co may cancel Tours, Charters and Experiences at short notice. In this instance a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
In the rare occasion that a voyage is cut short due to weather you will be offered to reschedule.
Short notice cancellation due to the weather not quite being to your tastes will incur the full fees stated above. If we deem the conditions are not suitable for a pleasant experience we will contact you to offer a solution.
Behaviour:
The captain reserves the right to request individual or groups to disembark Azure if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable. Some instances include, unduly intoxication, inappropriate comments & speech and failure to follow directions given by the captain. In the instance where an individual or group is asked to disembark from Azure the captain will drop them off to the soonest convenient location where they can organise alternative transport onward at their own cost. Failure to disembark when requested will result in authorities being involved. No refund will be offered in this instance.
Intentionally jumping over board can incur a fine of $2664 under the Maritime Safety (Domestic Commercial Vessel) National Law Act 2012. Intentionally jumping over board from Azure during tours and experiences will result in the offender and anyone in their company being requested to disembark as stated above. Intentionally jumping over board during a Private Charter will result in immediate conclusion of the Charter. With both instances a formal report will be made to ASMA and no refunds will be given.
