All Apartments have large balconies facing the ocean, have water views from unit and/or balconies and are fully self contained with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a spa bath in the ensuite. Full kitchen with wall oven, ceran cooktops, microwave, dishwasher, insinkerator and a large fridge. A separate laundry is in the unit with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. All units have tv, DVD, CD,video,and cable tv, direct dial STD/ISD phones with data port for lap top computers plus myport wireless broadband also available. Reverse cycle air conditioning and fans are installed. Linen is included in tariff and is changed weekly.
The building features a heated pool and heated spa pool with a pleasant bbq area adjacent.

King`s Row is located only 100m from King`s Beach, one of the most spectacular and safest beaches on the Sunshine Coast and is patrolled all year round. We are one hour north of Brisbane on the Bruce Highway, turn off to Caloundra on Caloundra road and proceed to Bullcock Street. Once on Bullcock Street turn left to water on Pumicestone Passage, turn left and follow water around to Warne Terrace Kings Beach. Cancellation Policy
ON-LINE BOOKINGS -Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room will forfeit the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
ALL OTHER BOOKINGS - If booking is transferred to a different period and no deposit refund is required from the trust account a consideration maybe extended in regard to administration fee ($40).
