Little Sahara is an accredited business with the South Australian Tourism Commission and all of our tours and activities are certified with Ecotourism Australia. We were recently judged the best Adventure Tourism Business in South Australia and have been awarded Gold Medals for Tourism in 2013, 2014 and 2015. We have also been recipients of TripAdvisor’s Traveller’s Choice Award for the 8th year in a row (2013-2020)!

Cancellation Policy
Generally KIOA can be understanding and flexible with cancellations and amendments to bookings depending on the reasoning given by the customer. If the reason for cancellation is through no fault of their own such as ferry/flight cancellation, injury/sickness or extreme weather then we aim to be as accommodating as possible. We will always offer amendment or gift voucher initially but where this is not applicable a full refund can be offered. In the circumstance of a cancellation/amendment due to customer change of mind or similar then we offer the following flexible time and date guarantee as stated on our website:
For a customer to receive a refund a refund request form must be completed: Customer Refund Request
Cancellations or amendments requested by the customer;
more than 48 hours before your booking time - we will offer a full refund.
24 to 48 hours before your booking time - will incur a 50% cancellation fee or 25% amendment fee
less than 24 hours = no refund or amendment available
delayed arrivals on the day of a booking, may impact on the intended duration of your booking.
Cancellation of a group booking (10 or more people) or part there of will incur the following fees:
30 days or more before the time of booking– No cancellation or amendment fee, full refund
Less than 30 days before booking time - 50% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days before booking time - 80% cancellation fee
Within 48 hours of booking time – no refund or amendments available
*amendment refers to a request to change the date or time of a booking
* the % applied will be based on the full value of the booking.
