Lodge at Mount Rivers

IMPORTANT: The Lodge at Mount Rivers is positioned on the banks of the Paterson River. Access to the lodge is via vehicle only across a river causeway which is regularly monitored. The Paterson River levels rise and fall all year round dependent on rain events and upstream water releases from river systems and dams. This affects the height of water on the causeway and access in and out of the property. In the event that the river is too high to cross and in the interest of guest safety no crossings are permitted when the level of the river is higher than standard access (approx. 40-60cm) in a 4WD vehicle only. As the level of the river is out of our control if access is not permitted your booking may be cancelled and refunded or alternatively rebooked and moved to a future date. If you are a guest in-house and the water level rises during your stay you may be required to stay longer until the river levels recede to a safe level to permit crossing. PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 30% of total booking value. Balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. Operator Booking Fee applies - $35. Credit Card Fee applies - 1.4% Visa/MasterCard. Security bond required: $1500-$2000 (confirmed upon confirmation) credit card authorisation or refundable cash deposit. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 29-120 days prior to arrival - loss of all money paid unless the property is re-let for the same period and similar amount. A $100 cancellation fee applies if the property is re-let. Guest can elect to move the booking to a later date (within the following 3 months of the original arrival date) at the same property only. 28 days or less - no refund. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
