Moonwaters is the most romantic getaway, overlooking Wilson Inlet on Weedon Hill. This cedar clad cottage sits amongst the Karri forest where a path leads to the Bibbulmun Track and a beautiful inlet beach. Moonwaters is simple yet has all the modern comforts for a family or couple. If you are seeking romantic seclusion it is perfect.
There are three bedrooms, living and dining rooms, a bathroom with bath and a well-equipped kitchen. Chilly winter holidays can be spent bushwalking or at home by the pot belly stove with the piano, dvd or iPod dock to keep you entertained.
You can barbeque amongst the trees to the sounds of the forest. Keep an eye out for the myriad of birds that will visit if an offering is made.
About 3kms from Denmark town on Weedon Hill, Moonwaters is ideally situated to visit beaches, wineries and other local attractions.
Moonwaters has a main bedroom with a queen sized bed, built in robe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers, another bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with twin single beds. All linen and towels are supplied. There are two rates: The high season covers school holidays including Easter and Christmas and New Year and all public holiday weekends. All other times are classified as low season.
If you have friendly and well trained pets you are welcome to bring them along, however, we would appreciate it if you didn???t allow them on the beds and furniture. A cleaning surcharge of $45 will apply to all approved pets that stay at Moonwaters.

Directions
From the Visitor Centre travel south along Ocean Beach Road for 3 k's. Turn left onto Weedon Hill Road. Follow this road until reaching Payne Road. Turn right onto Payne Road. Cottage is No. 37 Payne Road on left hand side of the road.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION / BOND POLICY:
MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 50% Refund LESS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge).
LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: NO REFUND
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: A 1 Night surcharge is applicable to all 1 Night bookings and will be added to your total tariff after the booking has been submitted and accepted. Should you require the cost of the surcharge please contact Bookings to obtain this information on 0419 636 647.
A pre-authorised bond of $200 is applicable to all bookings. This bond can be withheld as a result of any additional costs connected to the re-establishment of Moonwaters. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakage damage or excess cleaning requirements extra guests beyond those declared ..etc. to return to the standard provided on arrival.
