Hours: Seven Days - From 7am - Bookings Recommended

The premier SUP school in Noosa. Experienced, world-class instructors and a beautiful setting.

Stand- Up Paddle surfing or, SUP-ing is believed to have originated from Hawaii in the 1950s. The Beach Boys of Waikiki would stand on their long boards and paddle out with outrigger paddles to take photographs of the tourists learning to surf. It also gave them a higher viewpoint and increased visibility of the incoming swell. The emergence of SUP-ing can be attributed to both the fitness and fun aspect to the activity.
Unlike surfing, SUP-ing is not restricted to the ocean and is the perfect water activity for lakes, rivers, waterways and lagoons.
Sup-ing arrived on the Australian shores largely through the Noosa Surf Festival around 2007 and has since grown in popularity with men and women of all ages, fitness levels and experience..
