A Great place to be! Situated half way between Yeppoon and Emu Park and within walking distance (just 300 meters) from beautiful Mulambin Beach. This modern and quiet retreat is where you can get away from it all. We have three different layouts of ensuite cabins which are fully self contained, air-conditioned, with a furnished verandah out the front.
Beautiful large grass or concrete sites, clean amenities and salt water pool are all provided for your comfort. Every Saturday night from June to October we have a BBQ and entertainment, and there is a jumping pillow, pedal cars and open air theatre for the kids to enjoy.
If going to Great Keppel Island, just 2kms away is the Keppel Bay Marina at Rosslyn Bay Harbour where you can catch the Freedom Fast Cats, take a day trip with Funtastic Cruises or sail on the Catamaran -Grace - fully catered for the day. Charters also leave from here for Reef and Ocean fishing.
For the animal lovers visit Cooberrie Park - the local wild life sanctuary or Koorana - the crocodile farm and for car enthusiasts we have the Peter Brook Museum. Drive to Byfield National Park to enjoy the bushwalking facilities and visit Nob Creek Pottery or for the Four Wheel Drive and Fishing enthusiasts, Byfield is one of the largest sand dunes in Australia.
Golfing fanatics - we have a Champion Course and Resort Course at the Capricorn Resort and local courses at Emu Park, Yeppoon and Zilzie Bay. And for the Bowlers there are outdoor greens at Emu Park and Yeppoon.

Choose from 1 or 2 bedroom units, or open plan accommodation sleeping 2-5, all fully self-contained with television, air conditioning, ensuite, a verandah and outdoor setting.
For the campers and nomads amongst us, we offer large shady powered and unpowered grass sites. There are sites with a cement slab if you desire and we provide clean modern amenities. There is also a Disabled and Childrens Bathroom. A camp kitchen containing fridge, microwave, cooktop, and free barbeques is near the salt water pool/spa. During school holidays and July - October there is a sausage sizzle and entertainment most Saturday Nights (weather permitting). Also during July - September there will be Bingo and card afternoons arranged.
Park facilities include a kiosk - ice, drinks, milk, bread, ice creams, gas - salt water swimming pool/spa, jumping pillow, outdoor theatre with a big screen showing latest releases, hire pedal cars, camp kitchen, conference/recreation room, television room, small library and wireless internet access throughout the park. The conference room is furnished with tables and chairs, white board and a PA system.

Directions
From Yeppoon, follow the Rosslyn Bay sign at the Information Centre Round-about and travel 9 klms, turn right at Wildin Way, Mulambin off the Scenic Highway.
Remember Capricorn Palms Holiday Village is within walking distance of sublime Mulambin Beach and only 2 klms to Rosslyn Bay's restaurants, marina and launching point for cruises to glorious Great Keppel Island.
