Directions
The Palm Beach Hotel is situated on the corner of Gold Coast Highway and 5th Avenue, Palm Beach.
The Hotel is approximately a 10 minute drive from the Gold Coast Airport. Head south-west on Terminal Drive towards Eastern Avenue and then turn right. At the first roundabout take the second exit onto Terminal Drive, then take a slight left onto the Gold Coast Highway. Stay on the Highway for approximately 6.2km and the Hotel will be on your left.
There is a bus stop directly opposite the Hotel with busses running frequently towards Tweed Heads and The Pines Shopping Centre.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that guests must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. You must show a valid photo ID upon check in. Please note that this property requires an AUD $100 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations or changes. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of check in time forfeit the full amount of the first night booked.
Early departure whilst in house: One nights accommodation fee will be charged if notified after 2:00pm on the day.
No Show: The first night booked will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled after the first night.
