Palmerville Station is a 331,000 acre cattle station located in Cape York Queensland.

Whether you would like to fish Barramundi in the most beautiful surrounds, fossick for gold on the famous 'River of Gold', the mighty Palmer River, 4x4 adventure on the famous Old Coach Road or explore ancient cave paintings guided by Traditional Owners or just explore the natural beauty of The Cape at your own pace.

Turn off the Mulligan Highway (approx 35km south of Lakelands) onto
Whites Creek Road (dirt road maintained by Cook Shire Council) and
42 km from the turn off the Mulligan Highway you will find the Palmerville Station Tourism Precinct and the Cannibal Creek Camp Grounds and Fishing and the Western Yalanji Ranger Base. (Approximately 3km in from the Palmerville Gate.
Caravans and motorhomes use this access route, However, road conditions can vary immediately after the wet season and you can call the Camp Grounds directly to get an updated road condition report.
There are numerous small creek crossing in the road and spectacular views from the mountain tops as you wide your way through the mountain ranges of Cape York.

Date changes or booking cancellations for confirmed bookings within 21 days of arrival will incur a 100% amendment/cancellation fee.
For our campsites and van sites at the Palmer River, Dogleg Creek camp site:
Date changes or booking cancellations to confirmed bookings made up to 3 days prior to arrival will not incur an amendment/cancellation fee.
Date changes or booking cancellations to confirmed bookings within 48 hours of arrival will incur a 100% amendment/cancellation fee.
Cannibal Creek Camp Grounds - Bush Camps
Minimum of 2 nights stay.
Full payment required at time of booking.
Free cancellation and date changes up to 60 days prior to departure.
100% cancellation fee within 60 days.
