Cancellation Policy
When you make a booking with us the following terms and conditions will apply:
1.Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation.
2.Payment: You must make payment of a deposit for accommodation booked at the time of booking and you agree to make payment in cash cheque or via a debit to your nominated credit card. The deposit required may vary according to the operator agreements with the Victor Harbor Visitor Information Centre.
- Cancellations notified more than 60 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations notified 59 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit if no other booking is received from another party for that time.
- Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all monies paid if no other booking is received from another party for that time.
All refunds are subject to adjustment for any commission paid.
We recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against
loss due to illness injury loss of luggage and cancellation of travel.
