Property Details: *** PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO COVID 19 MEASURES - GYMNASIUM, SPAS AND SAUNAS ARE UNAVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. ***Guests can enjoy excellent facilities at Ramada Resort including two outdoor swimming pools, two saunas, swim spa, indoor lap pool, a health centre with gym and spa, games room, two tennis courts, two picnic barbecue areas, plus an onsite café/bar. For those who like to stay active and explore the surrounds, there are seven kilometres of walking and cycling tracks around the resort. The Resort accommodation includes fully self contained 2 and 3 bedroom cottages in addition to the popular Studio Rooms .
Bedding Configuration: Queen, King and single beds are available, please check room description for details. Linen and towels are provided. Extra bedding including a roll-away single bed or baby cot can be hired for an additional cost.
Booking Conditions: No smoking. No pets. Credit card details may be required on arrival. You can request an air conditioned cottage at the time of reservation however it is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Schoolies bookings accepted - go to schoolies.com for more information.

Directions
Take the Monash Freeway (M1) to the Cranbourne exit.
Follow the exit on left onto the South Gippsland Highway (M420).
follow the signs to Cranbourne/Phillip Island onto the Bass Highway (A420) which will take you through Grantville and past Corinella and Bass.
Turn right at the roundabout at Anderson onto the Phillip Island Tourist Road (B420) through to San Remo, over the bridge, through Newhaven to Cowes.
Ramada Resort is on your right just before you enter Cowes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to check in and register for a room.
A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. An authorization (per stay) in the amount of AUD $1 (credit card) or security deposit of AUD $100 (cash) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
The resort accepts Eftpos Visa MasterCard American Express and Discover credit cards and cash. Pre-paid cards checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
Payments made by credit cards for bookings will incur a credit card service fee of 0.9% in addition to the amount payable.
Pets are not permitted.
No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.
You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
Deposit Policy
All reservations will require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking depending on the type of reservation. The balance is due at time of check-in. Select packages and non-refundable rate plans may require full payment in advance which will require the entire amount being charged to your credit card at time of booking. Payments made by credit cards for bookings will incur a credit card service fee of 0.9% in addition to the amount payable.
Cancellation Policy
Except for Holidays Special Events and reservations booked under certain promotional codes reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled check-in. Reservations cancelled less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled check-in will be charged an amount equal to the first (1st) night’s stay. No-shows and reservations booked under certain non-refundable promotional codes as identified at the time of your reservation will not receive any refunds for advance deposits or payments made.
