With your canvas or caravan at the very edge of the lake, you can step straight into its clear sparkling waters. Powered sites are available too, plus a range of comfy cabins – all surrounded by green rolling hills that provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation and recuperation. The sunsets here will leave you breathless and the night skies are simply sublime. It’s the perfect place to kick back, recharge the batteries and feed the soul. Cancellation Policy
General
Credit Card guarantee at time of booking.
Guest contact details required including e-mail and mobile.
Guest to contact reception 24h before arrival for afterhours check in process.
Cancellations/Amendments & Refunds
72 hours Cancellation Policy (Off Peak Policy):
Cancellations/Amendments made up-to 72 hours prior to arrival will be refunded with no fees.
Cancellations/Amendments made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay.
Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy (Peak Policy):
Cancellations/Amendments made for the below dates are non-refundable.
· 1 December - 31 January of each year.
· Easter break each year, Public Holiday’s and Long weekends.

Children
Children under the age of 9 are not permitted to sleep on top bunk beds. Bunk Beds have a maximum weight limit of 75kg
· Infant – 3 and under
· Child – 4 to 17 inclusive
· Adult – 18 and over
Dog-friendly Cabins
· No more then 2 dogs allowed per cabin.
· Guest must notify the park prior to stay.
· Guest must sign a dog code of conduct upon check-in.
