Both of our luxury beach facing private suites are located on the ground level and offer direct beachfront access, an infinity edge pool and stunning views of Mission Beach, Dunk Island and the Coral Sea.

During your stay, you will have access to a shared Guest Lounge. This space is where your daily, self-serve Continental Breakfast will be set up.
There is an Honesty Bar with the choice to purchase a variety of beverages, snacks and souvenirs. A selection of board games and reading material is also available for guests use.
There are 2 on-site car parking spaces for our guests, one per suite.

Cancellation Policy
Check-In: From 2pm - 7pm (please advise if your anticipated time of arrival is outside these times).
Check-Out: Until 10am
All Guests must be over 18 years of age to book accommodation with us or to check-in to a property.
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years or older.
All indoor areas, including suites and public spaces, are strictly non smoking.
There is strictly no pets allowed and unauthorised pets will be subject to a $100 fee. (Service/Assistance animals exempt with prior approval and documentation).
If the below items are not paid for on your departure, we reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit card for the following:
* Any items consumed/used out of the honesty bar
* Any damage incurred to your room or to the property during your stay
* Any stolen property
* Any badly soiled towels and/or beddings that require more time or specific products than the normal to remove stains will incur an extra $50 cleaning fee.
Please don’t invite non-guests back to your suite.
Seadreams Mission Beach shall be entitled to refuse a guest entry or accommodation or to require a guest to leave the premises if unreasonable behaviour is displayed, be it threatening or abusive, causing disturbance to other guests or otherwise unacceptable.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
Booking cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the local check in date and time will not incur any fees or charges and will be eligible for a full refund.
The paid amount will be returned to the original form of payment.
Bookings are non refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival including no shows and early departures.
