The House: Three inviting bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, providing an intimate setting for families and friends to reconnect and create cherished memories. As you step onto the veranda, sweeping views of the picturesque Glenrock Mountain unfold before you. Nature’s beauty envelops you, inviting moments of reflection and tranquillity. The verandah becomes a haven for meaningful conversations or simply basking in the gentle breeze – the perfect spot to savour your morning coffee.

Culinary Exploration: The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures. Prepare nourishing meals and gather around the table to share stories and laughter. Feeling adventurous? The backyard pizza oven adds a delightful touch to your gastronomic journey. For the barbecue enthusiasts, our back deck features a complete setup, including a bar fridge – because even the Chef deserves a cold one while cooking! Use the bike bracket off the back veranda to charge your electrical bikes.

Guest Access: Enjoy the entire home – your private oasis along the trail.

Other Things to Note: Weekdays offer limited dining options in Esk, but fear not! A comprehensive IGA is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Our kitchen follows the “pay it forward” approach. You may find extra items to assist with meal preparations – feel free to use them at no extra cost. A wine fridge awaits – the first bottle is on us. Just replace any additional ones you take.

Pet-Friendly: Small doggies are welcome (application required).

Still in Esk is located on the edge of Esk within walking distance of all this country town has to offer. The house is high set with beautiful views, giving the feeling of being in the country, while you are still close to local attractions and amenities, such as the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail.

Cancellation Policy

By booking “Still in Esk” located at 39 Mack Street in Esk, Queensland, solely for the purpose of holiday accommodation (short-term stay), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.Property Usage:
- The entire house is at your disposal during your stay.
- No more than six (6) guests are allowed to stay in the house.
- No more than four (4) visitors are permitted at the same time, and visitors may not stay overnight.
2.Liability and Risk:
- Guests and visitors use the property at their own risk.
- The owners are not liable for any loss, damage to property, personal injury, or illness.
- You agree to indemnify the owners against liability arising from your use of the property.
3.Children and Pets:
- Children are allowed but must be closely supervised.
- There are no facilities for infants.
- Small dogs are allowed with prior approval. Dogs must be house trained and kept off furniture and beds.
4.Parking and Check-In:
- Park off-street on the driveway or lawn.
- Use covered parking under the house at your own risk (due to height restrictions).
- Check-in strictly according to your booking dates and specified times.
- Any extensions require written agreement (via text or email) with the owners and payment 48 hours in advance.
5.Self-Check-In and Security:
- Self-check-in at the property.
- Notify the owners of any problems or damage immediately upon arrival.
- Two externally mounted security cameras will be disabled during your stay (no other cameras on the property).
6.House Rules:
- No smoking inside the property.
- No parties allowed; avoid loud noise from 9 pm to 7 am.
- Failure to comply with noise complaints may result in cancellation.
- Do not charge electrical scooters or bicycles inside the house; use the designated bracket on the back veranda.
7.Check-Out:
- Vacate the property by the specified check-out date and time.
- Ensure heaters, fans, and air conditioners are switched off.
- Secure windows, lock doors, and return all keys to the key safe.
8.Damage:
- Notify owners of any damage or theft during your stay.
- You are responsible for restitution of damages at the owners’ discretion.
9.Payment and Cancellation:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Full refund for cancellations made greater than 7 days of your arrival date.
- 75% refund for cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of your arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your arrival date are non-refundable.
10.Acceptance:
- By booking, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
