Brand new, modern designed adult retreat in Rye, on the fabulous Mornington Peninsula. The property has 3 suites each with their own ensuite or private bathroom. Quietly and peaceful nestled away from the hustle and bustle, yet just an easy stroll to everything the Foreshore has to offer; wide sandy beaches, lovely cafes, waterfront restaurants and shops.

There is a guest living area as well as an outdoor area which guests can use at their leisure. The living area is a very large open plan space with a Danish Design look, 65” Flat screen TV, Foxtel, blu-Ray player with movies library, Lounges with magazines, books, and board games. Breakfast Bar with separate breakfast tables. The guest outdoor area features a large covered deck with BBQ, dining table and lounges, set in a native tranquil and private garden. Guests also have use of the outdoor spa, outdoor shower and sundeck.

Have a wine tasting and lunch at an award winery, play a game of golf on one of the numerous courses, enjoy the Peninsula Hot Springs, go hiking, or get yourself pampered with a massage in the seclusion of your own private suites.
