Our apartments are strategically situated, offering the best of both worlds. A mere 7-minute drive takes you to the bustling shopping hub of Midland, where you can indulge in retail therapy and dining delights. Meanwhile, a short 5 to 10-minute drive transports you to the serene charm of Swan Valley's renowned wineries and vineyards, ensuring that every facet of your stay is easily within reach.
We offer a range of one and two bedroom apartments, that can be configured with either king beds or single beds, pending your needs.
We are centrally located in Swan Valley, close to all there is to see in the area.
All of our one & two bedroom apartments offer flexible bedding options, with each bedroom being able to be either a king bed or two single beds, on request.
Each apartment features a full kitchen with oven & microwave, a seperate living area with a sofa bed and laundry facilitates including washer & dryer.
-Extra cleaning fees: our hotel does not provide any daily cleaning service. If guest wish us to arrange a mid-stay cleaning service, it will be charged for extra $50 as for once-off fees for each service. Request needs to send to hotel team at least 1 day in advance between our operation hour. Housekeeping team will only be on-site between 10am-1pm/2pm every day.
Pets are strictly not allowed to stay in our property.

We are located in Swan Valley, approximately 25.2km away from Perth City.
Cancellation Policy
Guest can free to cancel by giving notice to hotel team at least 3 days before of their arrival. ---for bookings that is less than 5 nights.
Guest can free to cancel by giving notice to hotel team at least 7 days before of their arrival.--- for booking that is more than 5 nights.
If guest did not provide notice to the hotel team before the free-cancellation period as notice above, full amount of reservation will be charged.
For the terms/house rules that guest must follow:
-We compulsory request guest to complete precheck-in procedure with us via email (info@svla.com.au) at least 1 day before arrival. Precheck-in requires guest:
- to provide a photo of themselves with photo ID holding to verify guest identity (Australia driving license/foreign passport)
- to fill up and sign the document of ‘guest-registration card’ as consent and acknowledge with our hotel house rules. (document will be provided to guest through email)
- to provide valid and active email address and phone number
- to fill up the ‘bank card authority form’ for security bond paying and refunding purpose. (We will need full details of the guest’s bank card to allow us send out the refund request to the bank after departure)
- to lower their voice including any devices volume that could disturb other guests. Quiet hours are between 9pm-8am(in the next day morning)
- No pet, no smoking, no party allowed at our property. If any of this behaviour being found or reported by other guest, we will give 1 time of warning and evict guest with no any refund if guest did not make any action after the warning given.
