We've also added a nature play playground, perfect for families looking to immerse themselves in the great outdoors. And if that wasn't enough, we've undergone extensive underground infrastructure works to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Tawonga Tourist Park is nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by the unique Bogong National Park and magnificent Bogong high plains. With easy access from Albury/Wodonga, Wangaratta and surrounding historic townships, our park is the perfect destination for your next holiday.
Whether you're interested in fishing, skiing, hiking, swimming or simply relaxing by the camp fire, we've got you covered. Our range of facilities, including newly refurbished cabins, amenities blocks, kiosk and cafe, BBQ area, and camp kitchen, are designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations outside of the following date ranges will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee: Off-peak and shoulder seasons: 7 days prior to arrival. Peak seasons: 14 days prior to arrival.
Peak seasons are any long weekend, school holidays, Melbourne Cup weekend, Easter weekend, Christmas and local or special events. Winter peak for cabins only extends from June school holidays through to end of August. Off-peak season is other periods outside peak season.
We do not refund for early departures, Covid or weather-related cancellations.
Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability. If there is an early departure prior, or late arrival to the reserved date, no refund will be made.
All parties must register at reception and not occupy any sites until they have been signed in.
Early Check-In Time and Extended Check-Out Time may be arranged with prior notice; however, this is subject to availability. (Fees may apply.)
Late Arrivals: Where your expected arrival time is after 5.00pm, please contact our Reception Staff.
Maximum length of stay per booking is 50 days.
Pets are permitted on campsites in your own accommodation, subject to the Pet Policy published on our website (fees may apply). There are 2 dog-friendly cabins at the park (pet cleaning fees apply).
Policies relating to site usage, lost property, damage and personal injury, and Park Rules are available on our website. Failure to abide by the Park Rules may result in your stay with us being terminated.
