The Territory Manor Motel and Caravan Park offers a blend of accommodation from our unique rammed earth motel accommodation, powered sites and unlimited unpowered camper trailer sites. We have a fully licensed restaurant on site that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and can seat up to 90 people per setting. The park is soon to have a purpose built running and walking track within its green tropical setting making it great for birdwatching.

Notification Outside 2 weeks of Booked Date : No Charge
Notification 1 week of Booking Date : 25% of Fee Charged.
Notification Within 24 Hours of Booked Date : 50% of Fee Charged.
Notification on day of arrival date: 100% of Fee Charged.
Discretion of Management for Personal Duress situations.
All motel room bookings require a valid credit card along with ID and must be presented on arrival for verification of the booking.
