Cancellation Policy
The Ridge only accepts credit card.
No cancellations are accepted within 14 days prior to arrival or after check-in. The full amount for the entire stay will be non-refundable.
A 50% refund will be issued at the guests request, if they choose to cancel booking prior to 14 days from arrival and the guests accommodation will be revoked.
The Guest shall only receive a full refund where the dates are rebooked by The Ridge to another guest for the same value.
