PAYMENT TERMS: 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Full balance is required 1 month prior to the arrival date or within 24 hours if inside 1 month. Credit card fees apply AMEX 2.5% + GST Visa/Mastercard 1.0% + GST. Direct bank deposits (EFT) must be received and cleared by payment due dates. A mandatory non-refundable Accidental Damage Levy is charged for all bookings and covers you for accidental damage to the property up to the value of $2 000. The operator reserves the right to deduct any amounts above $2 000 from your credit card. Accidental damage coverage is only applicable if damage is advised immediately to the operator. This coverage does not apply to damage that has not been advised intentional or negligent destruction pet damage re-keying or additional cleaning if the property is left excessively dirty. Any changes to a booking may incur an administration fee of up to $110 in addition to any applicable cancellation fees. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees on accommodation & extras apply. Cancellations 30 days or more before the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of total booking fee. All third party fees and booking fees will be forfeited. Cancellations within 30 days will incur a charge of 100% of total booking fee inclusive of any third party booking fees. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
