PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 50% of total booking value. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A security bond of up to the full booking amount may be required and will be confirmed by the operator upon confirmation of availability. CANCELLATION TERMS: A full refund of all monies paid less AU$300 cancellation fee will only be provided if the property is rebooked for the entire duration of the original booking and at the full rental rate. OTHER TERMS: This operator has a strict ‘no party’ policy. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
