Waters Edge (Est. 2010) is an architecturally designed, spacious, modern country style home, perfectly located approx. 1.7 km from Margaret River's main street, with a variety of speciality shops, cafe's, restaurants and galleries. Waters Edge (Est. 2010) is a short drive to surf and swimming beaches, golf course and major attractions in the region.
Nestled on a half acre of landscaped native gardens with magical views overlooking state forest and the Margaret River valley, early morning walkers can meander along the walk trail opposite the property through natural forest leading to the riverbank and an abundance of wildlife. Ideally suited for couples and groups alike.

4 of the 5 bedrooms bedrooms are secluded and positioned away from the main living area, making it ideal for the afternoon siesta. The fifth bedroom is off the main living area and has probably the best views.The openness of the design and surrounding upper decks wrapping the property gives full advantage of the forest views and wildlife making it a perfect location for all season comfort. Opening of the stacking bi-fold doors will bring the forest into you living area.

Directions
Turn left onto Willmott Avenue at the Margaret River Hotel corner. Continue up Willmott Ave past the post office through to the roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout into The Boulevard, follow the road turn left at T Junction. We are on the left corner at 1 Waters Edge.
Park at 'no through road' sign or in main driveway.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit of 10% required at booking to confirm. Full payment due 1 month prior to arrival. If booked within the month of arrival then full payment is required to confirm booking.
If the guest does decide to cancel they may have their deposit refunded. If we are only given 1 months notice or less prior to the arrival date the amounts paid will only be returned if the specific dates are re-booked
Alternately the guest may change their dates subject to availability leaving their deposit in place.
