PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 50% of total booking value. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security bond required: $1 000 refundable cash deposit due 14 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 8+ days prior to arrival - 50% of booking value. 7 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of booking value. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
